TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SANAMENTUM REFERRAL PROGRAM
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and requirements governing the Sanamentum Referral Program.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully along with any documents referenced herein. By accepting them, you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and will comply with them.
Sanamentum reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- System
1.1. Referral Program members are not entitled to receive any payment from the purchases made by their group members (GMs).
1.2. Members can view and monitor their current earnings from personal and group referrals in detail through the Referral Program dashboard after logging into their account.
1.3. Members are not permitted to refer patients to any other clinics and/or surgeons while their membership with the Sanamentum Referral Program remains active.
1.4. Membership in the Referral Program is completely free of charge. Members receive commissions only for referred patients who complete their treatment with Sanamentum. Under no circumstances will members be charged any fees related to participation in the program.
1.5. Members are not required to be Sanamentum patients. Similarly, inquiries submitted by members are not required to join the Referral Program.
- Payment
2.1. Payments will be made within the month following the completion of the referred patient’s treatment and will be transferred to the bank account provided by the Member in their profile.
2.2. Sanamentum is not responsible for any commission or transfer fees charged by the Member’s bank. The company will transfer the exact amount stated in the Referral Program earnings table and is only responsible for fees charged by Turkish banks.
2.3. If a patient contacts Sanamentum directly before the Member submits that patient’s information, the Member will not be eligible for a commission for that patient. Sanamentum must be able to prove that the patient’s inquiry was submitted prior to the Member’s referral.
- Invoice
3.1. If the Member has registered a corporate account in the Referral Program, they are required to issue an invoice for all commission payments in order to receive their earnings.
- Responsibilities & Confidentiality
4.1. Members hold no medical responsibility. Once a referral is entered into the system, all subsequent procedures are managed exclusively by Sanamentum. Members are entitled to receive payment only after their referred patient’s treatment has been completed.
- Confidentiality
5.1. Sanamentum is committed to protecting and keeping your personal information confidential.
5.2. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you grant Sanamentum permission to use before-and-after images of your treatment areas for promotional purposes.
- Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, both Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
